How does it work
Thanks to the IOTAR app, which uses Merged Reality, the in-house specialist can virtually see and touch the objects the field technician is working on.
The in-house specialist uses, alongside his PC, another Tablet which frames an area where he can show with his own hands and with the necessary tools how the operator in the field must act.
The technician will be able to replicate the operations performed by the specialist, directly on the customer's machine.
The person (technician or customer) who has a problem contacts the operator on site
The person who has the problem activates the app on his device (tablet or smartphone) and frames the object to be repaired
The specialist in the office sees the framed object on his PC and, using the connected Tablet, frames an empty area where he can simulate with his own hands and with the necessary tools how to act
The field operator sees the operation in real time and can replicate it
